Additionally, our business is able to provide the registration certificate as soon as possible. Professionals from Matrimonial Law Chambers assist individuals with the registration of their marriage. Once a couple has already exchanged vows, they may register their marriage under the Special Marriage Act of 1954 or the Hindu Marriage Act of 1955.

When two people are Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, or Sikhs, or have embraced these religions, the Hindu Marriage Act is applicable. In contrast, the marriage is recorded under the Special Marriage Act, 1954, if either the husband or the woman, or both, are not followers of Buddhism, Hinduism, Jains, or Sikhism.Furthermore, any two people may be married under the rules of the Special Marriage Act, 1954, even if they practice different religions or come from different countries.

On the day of application, all documents are verified, and a day for registration is set and announced to the parties. Both parties, along with a witness, must appear at the marriage officer's office on the specified day. On the same day, the marriage certificate is granted.
